GOSHEN, Ohio — Students at Goshen Local Schools raised more than $23,000 in a fundraising campaign, and the 10 top sellers celebrated Friday by turning two staff members into human ice cream sundaes.

Teachers identified by the district only as Mrs. Stevens and Mrs. Huber volunteered to be covered in toppings as a reward for the students who sold the most during the campaign, the district said in a Facebook post marking the effort’s end.

“Ice cream sundae assembly = complete success,” the district said, thanking families and the community for supporting the students. “Way to go, Warriors!”
