BATAVIA, Ohio — Clermont County is looking to fill two vacancies on a single appeals board responsible for hearing disputes over airport zoning, flood damage reduction and stormwater management regulations, according to the county’s Board of County Commissioners.

The board, which combines what were once three separate appeals panels, hears and rules on appeals and variance requests involving airport zoning, water management and sediment control, and flood damage reduction regulations, the county said. It meets only when an appeal or variance request is filed, rather than on a regular schedule.
