LOVELAND, Ohio — Loveland City Council will hold its regular session tonight, Aug. 11, at 7 p.m., with city officials inviting residents to attend and take part in the discussion, according to a post from Loveland City Government.
The meeting is set for Council Chambers at 120 W. Loveland Ave., where the seven-member council typically convenes on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month, according to the city.
Loveland operates under a council-manager form of government, with all seven council members elected at-large on a nonpartisan basis to four-year terms, according to the city. The council selects one of its members to serve as mayor, a position that presides over meetings, and another to serve as vice mayor. Kathy Bailey currently serves as mayor and Andy Bateman as vice mayor. The council’s other members are Adam Jeranek, Brian Goodyear, Deidre Hazelbaker, John Hart and Sherry Hamlin, according to the city.
The city posted a link to the meeting agenda alongside its announcement and directed residents who cannot attend in person to the public meetings page on the city’s website, which offers an online option to watch council sessions.
