BETHEL, Ohio — Bethel-Tate Local School District students head back to class this week under a staggered start schedule as the 2026-2027 school year begins, the district said in a Facebook post.
Grades 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 9 report Thursday, Aug. 13, according to a schedule the district released. Grades 4, 7, 8 and 10-12 begin Friday, Aug. 14, joining the students who started the day before. Kindergartners will follow an assigned phase-in schedule beginning Friday, the district said.
The staggered rollout spans the district’s four schools — William Bick Primary School, Ebon Hill Intermediate School, Bethel-Tate Middle School and Bethel-Tate High School — according to the district’s posted schedule. Bethel-Tate Local Schools serve the village of Bethel and surrounding Tate Township in southern Clermont County, enrolling about 1,346 students, according to federal education data.
“We can’t wait to see our students and kick off another great year at Bethel-Tate,” the district said in its announcement.
