BATAVIA, Ohio — Crews will pave or repair five roads across Clermont County over the next week as part of the county’s 2026 Road Resurfacing Program, according to the Clermont County Engineer’s Office.
The tentative schedule, posted by the engineer’s office on Facebook, begins Saturday with continued paving on Glancy Corner-Marathon Road and runs through Oct. 9. The office cautioned that dates and locations could shift because of weather or other unforeseen conditions.

Paving on Glancy Corner-Marathon Road is expected to wrap up Monday, when crews also plan to mill Wards Corner Road, the engineer’s office said. On Tuesday, crews are scheduled to pave North Campbell Road in Tate Township, begin paving Cook Road and mill and make partial-depth repairs on White Oak Road. Cook Road paving is expected to finish Wednesday, followed by paving on Wards Corner Road Thursday and Friday.
The engineer’s office asked drivers to use caution in work zones and watch for crews and equipment.
The weeklong schedule is part of a larger resurfacing push this year that will repave 58 roads spanning 15.49 miles across Tate, Union, Williamsburg, Stonelick, Pierce, Goshen and Batavia townships and the village of Williamsburg, according to the Clermont County Engineer’s Office. The program carries a total cost of about $2.7 million, with each municipality paying for the work done within its own jurisdiction under a two-year agreement with the engineer’s office. Completion is anticipated by fall. Jeremy Evans has served as Clermont County Engineer, an elected position that oversees the maintenance and improvement of the county’s roads and bridges.
