NEW RICHMOND, Ohio — Ohio Governor Mike DeWine will visit the Tri-State area on Monday to inaugurate the $13.4 million Liberty Landing project in New Richmond. The ribbon-cutting ceremony, set for 2:30 p.m. on Front Street, marks the completion of a nearly two-decade-long effort to revitalize the river village.
The project features a revitalized riverfront area in downtown New Richmond, new restaurants, and a marina. The event is open to the public.
