BATAVIA, Ohio — Clermont County Water & Sewer customers who pay their bills through automatic bank bill pay have until Aug. 31 to update their payment remit address, the county’s Water Resources Department said.
Beginning Sept. 1, the department will no longer accept payments mailed to its former lockbox at PNC. Any payments sent to the old PNC address after Aug. 31 will be returned to sender, according to the department.
Customers should update their bank’s bill-pay records to send payments to Heritage Bank, P.O. Box 716, Burlington, KY 41005, the department said.
The Water Resources Department, headquartered at 4400 Haskell Lane in Batavia, serves more than 43,000 water and sewer customers across Clermont County. The department operates through six divisions — water treatment, wastewater treatment, maintenance, engineering, environmental quality and customer service — according to the county.
