MIAMI TOWNSHIP, Ohio — Dry Run Road will close to through traffic for nearly two months starting Sept. 24 while crews replace an aging bridge south of the intersection with Sugar Camp Road, the Clermont County Engineer’s Office said.
The closure covers Bridge No. T233-1.33, located on Dry Run Road south of 5288 Dry Run Road. Crews are scheduled to work from Sept. 24 through Nov. 14, according to the engineer’s office.

A posted detour route of roughly 8.64 miles will guide motorists around the closed span for the duration of the project, the engineer’s office said. The closure will also affect bus routes and travel for the Milford Exempted Village School District, which serves the area.
The engineer’s office is encouraging drivers to use alternate routes and to build extra time into their trips while the work is underway.
The Clermont County Engineer’s Office maintains 421 bridges and nearly 2,900 crossroad culverts across 385 miles of county roads, according to the office.
