LOVELAND, Ohio — The city will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 23 to celebrate the opening of a new location for Preston’s Heating and Cooling, a veteran-owned HVAC company, at 309 S. Riverside Ave.
The ceremony is scheduled for 5:30 p.m., and the public is invited to attend, the City of Loveland said in a Facebook post. Owner Preston Franklin and his family live in Loveland, according to the city.

Franklin began his HVAC career through the U.S. Air National Guard, where he gained hands-on experience maintaining heating, cooling and generator systems, the city said in its post. He launched Preston’s Heating and Cooling in 2022, and the company is registered as veteran-owned and operated, according to its website.
The business serves residential and commercial customers throughout Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Indiana, offering air conditioning and furnace repair, installation and maintenance, along with mini-split installations and financing options, its website says. The company is licensed to operate in both Ohio and Kentucky.

City officials said they are excited to welcome the business to the community as it continues to grow and serve customers throughout the region.
