BATAVIA, Ohio — A planned discussion of Flock Safety license plate cameras has been pulled from Batavia Village Council’s Oct. 26 agenda, the village said, marking the second time the topic has been postponed after a company representative turned out to be unavailable.

Council has been working to bring a Flock Safety representative to a meeting so residents can hear directly from the company and have their questions answered, according to a post from the village. The discussion was originally moved from a Sept. 28 meeting to Oct. 26 to give a representative time to attend, but the village said it was recently notified that no representative could make the new date, prompting the item’s removal from that agenda.
