WAYNE TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A Wayne Township woman was arrested and jailed without bail after authorities said she fired a gun inside her home and set curtains on fire following an hourslong argument, according to the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office.

Crystal Foster was charged with one count of aggravated arson, a first-degree felony; two counts of aggravated menacing, both first-degree misdemeanors; and one count of using weapons while intoxicated, a first-degree misdemeanor, the sheriff’s office said.

The Clermont County Communications Center received a 911 call at about 4:18 p.m. Monday, June 29, from a residence in the 5900 block of Newtonsville Road, according to authorities. The caller reported that Foster had discharged a firearm inside the home following an argument that had gone on throughout the day.
