MIAMI TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The Miami Township Board of Trustees will take up a dozen items, including a hazard mitigation plan update, a cemetery fence replacement and new radios for first responders, at its September work session Monday.
The meeting is set for 7 p.m. in the trustee meeting room at the Miami Township Civic Center, 6101 Meijer Drive, according to an agenda the township posted to Facebook. Trustee Ken Tracy is scheduled to open the meeting as chairperson, according to the agenda.
The agenda lists a personnel matter as its first item of business, followed by an update on the township’s hazard mitigation plan and a proposed memorandum of understanding with the Day Heights Garden Club, a Clermont County group affiliated with the Ohio Association of Garden Clubs.

After public comment, trustees are scheduled to enter executive session under Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G)(8) to discuss confidential business and financial information related to an application for economic development assistance, according to the agenda.
