BATAVIA TOWNSHIP, Ohio — Three men are facing felony charges after admitting their involvement in a road rage incident that included gunfire and a SWAT standoff early Friday, according to the Clermont County Sheriff’s Office.
Daviyon Lunsford, 19, Errick Davis, 18, and Daveon Stillwell, 18, were taken into custody after detectives executed a search warrant at a residence in the 1400 block of Breckenridge Way, the sheriff’s office said. All three gave statements to detectives admitting to involvement in the incident, according to the release.

Lunsford and Davis were each charged with four counts of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, the sheriff’s office said. Stillwell was charged with one count of obstructing justice, a third-degree felony.

All three are being held without bond at the Clermont County Jail and are scheduled to be arraigned in Clermont County Municipal Court on Monday at 10 a.m., according to the sheriff’s office.
The case will be reviewed in its entirety with the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office for presentation to a grand jury for consideration of additional charges, the sheriff’s office said.

The arrests stem from an incident reported around 3:30 a.m. Friday, when deputies responded to a report of shots fired at a vehicle in the 100 block of Judd Road, according to the sheriff’s office.
The driver told deputies he had been traveling on Clough Pike near Amelia Olive Branch Road when a BMW flashed its headlights at him. Believing the other driver was someone he knew, he followed the BMW to the Breckenridge Way residence, the sheriff’s office said.
Once there, the driver and his passengers told deputies the BMW’s driver brandished a firearm, prompting them to flee. The suspect followed and fired multiple shots at their vehicle as it traveled on Judd Road, striking the trunk, according to the sheriff’s office. No one was injured.
Deputies returned to the Breckenridge Way address and found the suspect vehicle concealed behind the residence. When occupants inside did not respond, deputies established a perimeter and requested the SWAT team because of the seriousness of the incident, the sheriff’s office said. The occupants surrendered without incident shortly after the SWAT team arrived.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
