BETHEL, Ohio — The Clermont County Farm Bureau will host a farm-to-table dinner at Harmony Hill Vineyards and Winery on Sept. 26, featuring a Basque-style buffet from a Milford chef and wine from the boutique Bethel vineyard.
The dinner begins at 6 p.m. at the winery in Bethel, according to Discover Clermont County, the county’s tourism bureau, which promoted the event on Facebook. Tickets cost $40 per person and include the full buffet and dessert, with registration available online.
Chef Matthew Seeberger of Bite Restaurant in Milford will prepare the buffet. Bite opened in April 2012 at 1279 State Route 131, founded by classically trained chef Marc Seeberger and his wife, Rachel, who built the business around what they describe as “old school techniques, scratch cooking, and clean ingredients,” according to the restaurant.

The dinner will be held at Harmony Hill, a 72-acre certified wildlife refuge farm that produces nine varieties of wine and features an underground wine cave, one of only eight such structures in the country, according to the winery.
The Clermont County Farm Bureau, based in Georgetown, is the local arm of the Ohio Farm Bureau and represents area farmers on agricultural policy issues. The organization held its 2026 policy development meeting in February, when members discussed property tax reform and the effects of data center development on rural townships, according to the Ohio Farm Bureau.
