GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The Goshen Township Board of Trustees will consider a zoning case involving the Lakefield Place subdivision at its regular meeting Tuesday, Aug. 25, at 6 p.m., according to a post from the township.
The case, listed on the agenda as ZC-2026-007, is a request for a major adjustment to the planned unit development at Lakefield Place, submitted by Joe Farruggia of Beavercreek Site Management LLC, the township said. The meeting, which also includes regular township business, will be held at the Goshen Township Government Center, 6757 Goshen Road.
Lakefield Place is a residential subdivision off Greenfield Drive near state Route 132. The property was rezoned from R-1 to a PD-R, or Residential Planned Development District, in October 2024 after the Clermont County Planning Commission recommended approval and the Goshen Township trustees adopted the change, according to county planning records. A design plan for the subdivision’s newest phase, approved by the county planning commission in 2025, called for 107 single-family lots and two open-space lots on about 43 acres, with homes built by D.R. Horton.
Beavercreek Site Management LLC, based in Cincinnati, has served as the applicant on the Lakefield Place project, while JLJ Asset Management VIII LLC of Milford is listed as the property owner in county planning records.
The Goshen Township Board of Trustees — Bob Hausermann, chairperson; Dan Hodges, vice chairperson; and Lisa Allen — holds regular meetings on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month at 6 p.m.
