BATAVIA, Ohio — Both lanes of Foundry Avenue will be closed Saturday while Duke Energy repairs a utility pole that was struck a day earlier, the Batavia Police Department said.

The closure covers the 300 block of Foundry Avenue from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., according to the department. The Batavia Village Street Department and the Ohio Department of Transportation are assisting with the closure.

Foundry Avenue runs through the Village of Batavia, the seat of Clermont County government.
