BETHEL, Ohio — Bethel-Tate Local Schools will host its first Back to School Bash on Aug. 6, offering families free food, haircuts and school supplies ahead of the new academic year, the district said in a Facebook post.

The event runs from 5 to 7 p.m. in the front parking lot of Bethel-Tate High School, according to the district. Local food trucks will provide free food while supplies last, and Great Clips will offer free haircuts or vouchers, the district said.

Students in kindergarten through fourth grade can also receive backpacks through the district’s Tiger Tools giveaway, while supplies last, according to the post.
