UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The Clermont Chamber of Commerce kicked off a new eight-part business education series this week with a class on artificial intelligence, and has already scheduled the next installment on sales strategy for next month, the chamber said in a Facebook post.
The first session, “AI in Action: Stop Watching. Start Doing. Real Tools, Real Results,” featured Kendra Ramirez, CEO of KR Digital and AI Agency, and Kate Berner, founder of Tritelligent, an AI strategy and enablement consulting firm. Attendees ranged from people using ChatGPT for the first time to experienced AI users, and worked through real business use cases to leave with a practical “AI Action Plan,” according to the chamber.

The class is the first of the chamber’s “Clermont Classroom” series, which runs monthly through April 2027 and covers topics including sales, finance, leadership, workplace culture, marketing and meeting facilitation, according to the chamber’s website. Each session runs 90 minutes, and businesses can register for individual classes or the full series.
The next class, “Revenue Growth by Design: Building a Sales Strategy That Scales,” is set for 8 to 10 a.m. Oct. 13 and will feature Sean O’Shaughnessey, CEO and president of New Sales Expert, a Mason-based firm that helps small and mid-sized businesses build sales processes. O’Shaughnessey will cover identifying sales opportunities, strengthening the sales process and using AI to support revenue growth, the chamber said.

Registration for individual classes or the full series is available through the chamber’s website. The Clermont Chamber of Commerce, headquartered on Ferguson Drive in Union Township, represents businesses across Clermont County and offers networking, advocacy and professional development programs for members.
