LOVELAND, Ohio — The city’s Planning and Zoning Commission has approved plans for a new headquarters for Dominion Concrete Services, clearing the way for construction on the last remaining vacant parcel in Loveland’s Commerce Park.
The commission signed off on the project at its meeting Sept. 1, according to the city. The building is planned at roughly 11,900 square feet, with the company laying the groundwork to expand the facility by an additional 8,900 square feet in the future, the city said in a Facebook post.

Dominion Concrete Services is a Cincinnati-based contractor specializing in commercial and industrial concrete construction, serving the tri-state area, according to the company. Its work includes foundations, structural and post-tension slabs, tilt-up wall construction and multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures, and the company holds memberships in the American Concrete Institute and the American Society of Concrete Contractors.
Commerce Park, off Union Cemetery Road, is one of four key business areas within Loveland’s city limits and is zoned for light industrial use, hosting a mix of industrial and commercial businesses, according to the city. With the Dominion Concrete site now spoken for, the park has no remaining vacant parcels.
City officials framed the approval as a sign of continued economic momentum in the district. “We’re excited to see continued investment and growth in Commerce Park and look forward to welcoming Dominion Concrete’s new headquarters to Loveland,” the city said in the Facebook post announcing the approval.
