FELICITY, Ohio — Felicity-Franklin Local School District is opening registration for new students for the 2026-27 school year, with both appointment-based business hours and after-hours walk-in sessions available through the summer, the district said.
Families can register by appointment from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. by calling the district at 513-362-5348 to schedule a time, according to the district. The district is also holding walk-in enrollment sessions from 4 to 7 p.m. with no appointment necessary; remaining sessions this summer are scheduled for July 22 and Aug. 12, after earlier sessions were held in June.
To register a student, families must create an account and complete all forms through the district’s online system, FinalForms, at felicity-oh.finalforms.com. The district said students will not be registered until the required paperwork is submitted and FinalForms is completed.
Required documents include a birth certificate, immunization records, proof of residency such as a current utility bill, lease or mortgage statement, and a parent or guardian’s driver’s license or state-issued ID card. Families with custody arrangements must also provide custody paperwork, and those pursuing open enrollment must submit an open-enrollment application. Residents who live with someone else may complete a notarized residency verification in place of standard proof of residency, the district said.
Felicity-Franklin Local School District, based at 105 Market St. in Felicity, serves students in Felicity and Franklin Township in Clermont County across three schools. The district’s teams and students compete as the Cardinals.
