NEW RICHMOND, Ohio — Construction crews are resurfacing a new riverfront streetscape and installing marina infrastructure as the $13.4 million Liberty Landing redevelopment project moves toward completion, Clermont County officials said.
The project along the Ohio River includes a marina and an elevated streetscape that extends Front Street about 25 feet, with several scenic overlooks of the river, according to the county.
Work on the project began in summer 2025 and is expected to wrap up in fall 2026, the county said. Liberty Landing is funded through Ohio’s Appalachian Community Grant program.
Prus Construction is serving as the general contractor, with KZF as the project’s designer, according to the county.
The county has posted updated renderings of the completed project online.
