CLERMONT COUNTY, Ohio — The Clermont County Engineer’s Office counted seven roads closed or under work restrictions for the week of Nov. 9, as crews continue bridge replacements and a pair of sanitary sewer projects across the county, according to the office’s weekly construction update posted to Facebook.
Bethel Concord Road remains the longest-running closure, shut down under an emergency order since April 11, 2025, with no reopening date announced, the engineer’s office said. A bridge replacement on Felicity Cedron Rural Road, underway since July 20, is scheduled to continue through Nov. 17, and a similar project on Spring Grove Road that began July 27 is expected to wrap up Nov. 13.
Dry Run Road in Miami Township has been closed since Sept. 24 for replacement of Bridge No. T233-1.33, with crews expected to finish by Nov. 14. On Branch Hill-Miamiville Road, a sanitary sewer installation managed by the Clermont County Water Resources Department is set to run through Nov. 30 after beginning Sept. 28.

Johnson Road’s Bridge No. T148-1.02 repair in Wayne Township also continues this week. The closure began Oct. 16 and is scheduled to run through Nov. 13, with crews on site from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., the engineer’s office said.
One new closure is on the horizon. Filager Road is set to close Nov. 17-20 for a sanitary sewer connection, the engineer’s office said.
Beyond the closures, the engineer’s office said crews are also working this week on guardrail repairs along Wolfpen Pleasant Hill Road in Miami Township and Bach Buxton Road in Union Township, and on berm repairs and rock work along Olive Branch Stonelick Road in Batavia Township. A ditching crew is addressing drainage on O’Bannonville Road and Stumpy Road in Goshen Township. A sign crew is conducting traffic counts on Round Bottom Road and Tealtown Road in Union Township, while a mowing crew works roadsides in Monroe Township.
The office, led by County Engineer Jeremy P. Evans, said all work remains contingent on weather. Residents with questions can reach the office at (513) 732-8857 or through ClermontEngineer.org, according to the agency.
