UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio — The West Clermont High School yearbook staff has won a national award for the eighth consecutive year, the district announced.
The 2026 edition of the Tracker yearbook received a National Award from Walsworth Publishing, the school said in a Facebook post. The recognition honors excellence in theme and concept, design and layout, writing and reporting, photography, and overall coverage.
“Congratulations to West Clermont High School Yearbook Adviser Matt Curless and all the students who made this achievement possible,” the school said in the post.
Walsworth, based in Marceline, Missouri, has produced yearbooks since 1947 and is one of the largest yearbook publishers in the country, printing books for schools across the United States. The company’s awards programs recognize staffs whose books stand out among the thousands it prints each year.
West Clermont High School, home of the Wolves, opened in 2017 following the merger of Amelia and Glen Este high schools. The school sits on Bach Buxton Road in Union Township and enrolls more than 2,100 students in grades 9-12, according to the district. It is the only high school in the West Clermont Local School District, which also serves parts of Batavia, Monroe and Pierce townships.
